Reason for this change

New feature of DynamoDB

Description of changes

Added pointInTimeRecoverySpecification which takes pointInTimeRecoveryEnabled and recoveryPeriodInDays.

Deprecated pointInTimeRecovery as it could not take recoveryPeriodInDays
