Command

gst-meet --web-socket-url="wss://meet.element.io/xmpp-websocket" \
         --room-name="gst-meet-test-nww" \
         --send-pipeline="filesrc location=great_sea.opus ! queue ! oggdemux name=audio"

Other variations tested:

remove quotes
omit --send-pipeline
change room name
test with meet.ji.si

Observation
