How to proceed with launching path planning packages in Autoware

Hello everyone
I am trying to perform the path planning scenario on my own local area map file.

For that, initially I have created a PCD using

LeGO-LOAM by using the LiDAR sensor data from Carla UE5.
Now, when I am trying to draw a vector map on that PCD I am having some issues.

1. Map file is not being loaded in correct orientation in Tier IV's map building tool
   

I dont know why this is happening or how to solve this.

2. What should be the next steps, I have gone through documentation, but I am unclear on as how to proceed with Carla UE5 sim.

Rather than using official map building tool， you may try map-tool-box which is a popular alternative
You will find vivid tutorial there
