Problem creating Elements

Hi Aubort!

I've follow your sample and works well, the only difference was that I needed to run in the c9 console "nvm install stable" to upgrade the node version and then run polymer.

The problem is, using basically the same environment if I run polymer init, I just receive the option to select my element and then the console just freeze!

STEPS:
I follow your steps with one difference. Instead of get your repo I've created a folder and inside run polymer init.

QUESTION:
Do I need to do something different to create an element using c9? Do you have any sample or gist?
