-Over 26% of attrition is of the job role Laboratory Technician followed by Sales Executive .
-1203 Attrition of employees from Life Science Educational Background.
-Over 728-Male and 473 Female are between 25-30 of age group who has faced attrition.
-Employees who Travel rarely has faced 71% of attrition.
-R&D is the department where maximum employees has left Female-752 and Males 1152.
-Employees who work in company between 0-10 years tends to leave the company the most.
