Add htlatex or any basic latex to txt/rtf converter

Would be great if
laton -g main.tex command=htlatex,
would produce the html for the latex document.
Basically would be great to have a clean text document after writing and editing in latex (on a local machine within a github repository (in atom)) without having to install miktex or mactex on the computer.

• This option uses the htlatex

Other options would be

• make4ht

• command = latexpand --empty-comments (link).

• command=detex (link)

All this is aimed at quickly getting the text result only. To begin with, even basic support would be great (meaning creating small files - letters, posts, etc.. )
