Add Vaults page

Please add the Vaults page containing information about the current and retiring Asgard vaults and also Yggdrasil vaults.
We'd like to be able to know not only current inbound addresses (like https://thorchain.net/#/midgard/thorchain/inbound_addresses) but other addresses and assumed balances as well and other info.

I hope it will help you a little bit. That's how we know about vaults:

1. We request THOR nodes: https://midgard.thorchain.info/v2/thorchain/nodes
2. Selecting an active node by filtering ("status": "Active")
3. Find out its IP, e.g. "ip_address": "18.169.114.61",
4. Then get http://18.169.114.61:1317/thorchain/vaults/asgard for Asgards and http://18.169.114.61:1317/thorchain/vaults/yggdrasil for Yggdrasils.
