Unfortunately, I had to import many modules to have my functions work. However, the functions simplify the process of using these tools in tandem rather than coding them individually.
from my_module import stats_functions as stats
from my_module import test_functions as tests
import numpy as np
import pandas as pd
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
import seaborn as sns
from sklearn.linear_model import LinearRegression
from sklearn.model_selection import train_test_split
import statsmodels.api as sm
from sklearn import model_selection
The full list of modules are
numpy for mathematical tools
pandas for data analysis
matplotlib.pyplot for plotting functions
seaborn for more plotting and available datasets
sklearn.linear_model for linear regression
sklearn.model_selection for cross validation and data splitting
statsmodels.api for linear regression summary outputs
