Custom delimiters added by @hipstersmoothie in PR #64.

You can now configure delimiters like this:

md.use(attrs, {
  leftDelimiter: '[',
  rightDelimiter: ']'
})

with the following markdown syntax:

# header with [.class #id and=attrs]
