Windows Server Issues

Issue description:

Hello, we've just received a feedback from one of our clients:

The error or misconfiguration was found in file class-kirki-init.php, line 51.
The command $kirki_url = str_replace( ABSPATH, ”, Kirki::$path ); expects an ABSPATH containing all the slashes in / the correct position.
But the content of ABSPATH was H:\webspace\hostings\site.com\hosting\www/.
A replace of “\” by “/”solved the issue.

I can't test Kirki on Windows server and really not sure, if it's a specific server configuration error. Just thought, it could be helpful to report it.

@hellor0bot can you please tell them to try the latest dev version from the repository?
This has already been fixed in #1309 and I just tested it and verified again that it works on a WIndows virtual machine running XAMPP.
