Broken links in documentation and markdownlint

BUG REPORT

What happened:

The examples documentation at https://github.com/argoproj/argo/blob/master/examples/README.md has a few broken links (wrong order of round and square brackets) and has markdownlint complaining about a few things. The table of contents is not in correct order and some of the links don't work.
I will create a PR fixing the most obvious things.
