Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Its a feature. Gitlab Go client offers API to programmatically configure webhook integrations. So instead of creating a webhook gateway and manually configuring everything on Gitlab UI, user would just configure the gateway with the type of integration(push events, tag events etc) he/she wants.
