current unit tests only test reading and writing of already made SERPENT input/output files.

A larger test should be made where it runs SERPENT and checks the database structure and that all the values have been inserted correctly.

Current SaltProc has a single integration test - with running Serpent, etc. Few more integration tests will be added, but this issue can be closed.
