please help me its not working. when board restart time show always 1970-01-01T00:01:44

As mentioned on https://tasmota.github.io/docs/DS3231/ you need a custom build to have DS3231 supported.

yes but when tasmota restart then show this time 1970-01-01T00:01:44 ,

Als always, do check the log if things do not work out for you. Not possible to suggest anything before that. Here's what I see booting with a DS3231 connected, and Weblog 3 for details:

00:00:00.079 I2C: Bus1 using GPIO05(SCL) and GPIO04(SDA)
00:00:00.081 I2C: DS3231 found at 0x68
00:00:00.086 RTC: UTC 2025-01-25T15:14:21Z, DST 2025-03-30T02:00:00, STD 2025-10-26T03:00:00
16:14:21.000 RTC: Synced by DS3231

And verify that the driver is even available, output of command I2CDriver should include number 26.

Tell us output of command "NtpServer"
"RtcNtpServer1" was set ? !!!
"Latitude" and "Longitude" is set to your correct position ?
"App_Timezone" ist set correct? (Maybe 99)
