Encoding issues on Windows

Describe the bug
Currently, if a model contains non-english characters, somehow any generated files that use such characters will have encoding issue. This issue only occurs on Windows.

Hardcoded words, on the other hand, are displayed correctly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use some Vietnamese words in a model.
2. Display the words in an EGL file and generate it.
3. Generated file will contain broken Vietnamese words.

Expected behavior
Vietnamese should be displayed correctly.

The ng??i d?ng part came from the model, whereas the rest of the sentence is hardcoded in the template.
