Describe the bug
The publish sdk action failed to deploy the jars to maven repository with the error message: gpg: signing failed: Inappropriate ioctl for device.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. go to action page
  2. run workflow

Expected behavior
It should succeed and deploy the jars to maven repository
