建议增加一个独立的Namespace维护面板。

+1，现在这样太不直观了，因为公共Namespace本身就是跨部门、全局唯一的东西，建议能有个独立的维护入口。Namespace维护面板中再根据Namespace的编辑者和发布者结合登录用户来选择性展示。

比如提供一个公共namespace的列表页面，点击后可以跳转到实际的项目中去编辑，这样应该能满足需求吧？
