Hide the ToolBar when an attribute as XAxis is added into the options object.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Thing is that whenever you add the xaxis attribute into the chart's root options object then, the upper-right toolbar is displayed.

Describe the solution you'd like
A prop which allows you to hide the bar.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not adding values as the xaxis into the chart's options but, that would make my chart not to be displayed as I want it to be displayed as I want the X-Axis lines to be drawn in the same place where my labels are.
