бараайа - I think like we a guessing/suspecting that he will go. I think the meaning of бараайык is also close to that.

How productive is it? (Does it attach to every verb?)

What comes after it (tense marking, person marking, etc.?)?

Can these two suffixes be used interchangeably, or do they have different meanings?
