The section with company logos needs to comply with Apache's policies.

Currently it says:

"We sincerely thank the following organizations for supporting MXNet and sponsoring its major developers (alphabetical order)"

There are two issues there:

  1. There is no notion of major developers.
  2. Sponsoring means providing the Apache Software Foundation with support (of some form or another; up to ASF whether it calls it sponsoring), you don't sponsor a project/podling/person.

What evidence do we have that the organizations have given approval for their logos to be used?

I would put the text above the logos; it looks like we're saying that MXNet is powered by those companies.
