Pre-check

  • I am sure that all the content I provide is in English.

Search before asking

  • I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

Apache Dubbo Component

Java SDK (apache/dubbo)

Dubbo Version

Dubbo 3.3

Steps to reproduce this issue

1. start TestServers of dubbo-samples
2. start TriDirectClientTest, every thing will be ok
3. wait about 5~10 minutes? i guessed, because i reproduced it occasionally, i didn't start TriDirectClientTest again until about one hour later :)
4. start TriDirectClientTest again, then the issue might occur like this:

Two links to stackoverflow that seem very relevant.

  1. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/67018337/is-there-any-way-to-handle-http-2-goaway-received-ioexception-in-httpclient-java
the solution is to catch the IOException and handle it; e.g. by reporting to the user that the request has failed, or retrying the HTTP request using a fresh connection.

My first thought would be to check if the exception message contains the string "GOAWAY" and then retry the request accordingly
