Create a logo for the Comet project

What is the problem the feature request solves?

We should create a logo so that the Comet project has its own identity.

Describe the potential solution

The logo should include the text "Apache DataFusion Comet" and should also have a "TM" symbol at the end.

Thoughts behind the logo:

1. The Comet: The logo's hero is a comet, symbolizing speed, high performance, and acceleration, which are key attributes of Apache DataFusion Comet.
2. The Text: The text “Apache DataFusion Comet™” is incorporated directly below the comet, ensuring the platform’s name is clear and prominent as per the requirement.
3. The Colours: The use of blue, white, and grey reflects technology and performance. Blue often represents trust, reliability, and efficiency.
4. The Trails: The dynamic trails of the comet enhance the sense of motion and speed, aligning with the platform’s capability to accelerate Apache Spark workloads.
5. The Open Source Community: The stars in the background is an attempt to represent a broader community and the collaborative nature of the open-source platform.

Thanks for all the submissions so far! It is hard to tell which of these are AI generated or not, and I think it will be important to have an SVG version of the logo, which I assume rules out using AI (but who knows these days).
