This is similar to the issue #74 but the implementation should be done for google drive transport

Hi @DImuthuUpe I have started looking into this one. But I have few questions:

Is this about creating folders in the google drive using mft CLI?
I do not see any modules in python-sdk/src/airavata_mft_sdk for google drive related things. Do we need to add a module there for google drive?
