Sorting Procedures does not always work

I'm working on a massive set of test Codeunits and do some cleanup with refactoring. I've noticed that "Sort Procedures in Active Editor" does not always work. For some objects it works flawlessly, for some it makes no changes at all despite that the functions are significantly "unsorted". This applies to Codeunits with no pragmas, no regions, with only tests, local functions and handlers. Restarting/reloading vscode does not help. Is it a known bug? Thanks
