Bug: `/models` Crashes for OpenAI Provider (Missing Field `name`) #490

Description

When using the OpenAI API provider with an OpenAI API key, querying /models causes a crash:

Error: missing field `name` at line 9 column 5

The OpenAI /models response does not include a name field, but the parser expects it.

Steps to Reproduce

Set the OpenAI API key.
Run the /models command.
App crashes with a missing name field error.
