Related to #198, I have the feeling the module does not work with new Nuxt3 APIs, am I right? Although it seems to support nuxt bridge, so this should be a fairly small step

@antfu any ideas about this? it's kinda hard to follow on, since the naming has totally changed. What is nuxt-vite for example? https://github.com/antfu/unplugin-icons/blob/main/README.md:~:text=This%20module%20works%20for%20both%20Nuxt%202%20and%20Nuxt%20Vite
