Unable to distinguish between reviews that passed check and those pending

Current Zuul CI implementation presents a small visual downgrade on PR list because there is no "green" mark for PR that passed CI, just because the "gate" condition makes it always stay "orange".

This means that UI misleads user into believing that all PRs are waiting for CI, when in fact some are pending and others are just waiting for a review and the gate label.
