RBAC to hide view access for Resources,Administration tabs in awx

Feature Summary

Hi Team,

I have the following requests ,

Enable job template execute permissions to users and they should not be able to view any other resources , administration tabs. It should be hidden , is this possible
job templates should be grouped within the folder based on usecase for easy access and identification
