Most content will become obsolete, or at least partly deprecated at some time. IMHO, the filename should at the very least be date coded, and put in a perhaps a yearly subdirectory, so people can grasp how old they are.

Filenames of the documents could then be standardized. E.g. something like ${YYYYMMDD}-AT_${meetuplocation}-${full_original_title}-BY_${author}.${extension}

Also, providing meta content per presentation, perhaps a yaml file containing date, title, author, location and abstract, would allow to keep an easily browseable index of the content.
