scaleway_organization_info - RETURN docs are not well-formatted

Summary

The module scaleway_organization_info RETURN documentation does not conform with the expected format. We have a line to ignore that fact in the test/sanity/ignore*.txt files - the only one related to scaleway modules.

It would be nice to have that fixed.
