目前来说，编写名单是除了用txt格式，还要让文件编码为utf-8，不然显示中文的部分会乱码…

needed:支持如ANSI等文件编码格式

额，不建议添加这个功能（你永远不知道你的用户会用什么奇葩编码），一般utf-8就是最好的格式，win10-11记事本貌似已经默认utf-8了，而且这个功能意义不大

永远猜不到名单会用什么编码保存下来了…🤔只能说难绷
这样的话只能用户自己注意下编码格式了
(润去改文档说明去
