mdTabs: missing tabs w/ stretch="never" and center="true" (wrapping tabs under bar)

Looks like they wrap under the others, getting cut off.

In this example there are seven tabs in the markup, which get cut off at certain screen widths.

In this screenshot, md-tabs-canvas is the full width, but md-pagination-wrapper only spans to tab "Six" while tab "Seven" wraps under the bar (as can be seen from the dev console's highlight):
