[question] Can we add pylint/yapf to the repo

Specifically I would like to add the following changes https://github.com/andsens/bootstrap-vz/compare/master...puneetk:pylint-pep?expand=1 and I can fix the pylint issues with the relative imports and stuff.
This is all to help with adding Ubuntu support, this just helps testing it out.

I'm all for getting a more standardized code layout. You should coordinate @CMeza99, he is in the process of generalizing bootstrap-vz in #455.
