chore(Documentation): Split MSDK userguide.md into multiple files by H1s

Description

• Divide the MSDK user guide into multiple .md files, based on H1 headings in the markdown.md file.
• Copy image files in /res folder to /Documentation folder so image links don't break in new docs.
• This task will facilitate ease of editing as we update the user guide.

• PR Title follows correct guidelines.
• Description of changes and all other relevant information.
• (Optional) Link any related GitHub issues using a keyword
• (Optional) Provide info on any relevant functional testing/validation. For API changes or significant features, this is not optional.
