Height updates only allowed in vsync.

  • Measure doc length before vsync, measure doc length after.
  • If changed
    • If min(updated elements top position) > bottom of viewport: Do nothing
    • If element is in viewport, do nothing?
    • If bottom of updated element is above viewport, increase scrolltop by height delta.
