Localized pathnames support for SSG

Actually when we are on SSG mode (output: "export") we can not use localized pathnames as explained here

This library already works with SSG mode, so I think we can easily add this feature too

Describe alternatives you've considered

I am ok for a PR but but I need to know where is managed the build part for the localized pathnames or just the build part (to avoid spending hours to debug the library code)
