Disabled state doesn't visually match with Bootstrap 3

Bootstrap 3 disabled inputs look like this:

Bootstrap-chosen disabled state doesn't have the gray background - instead it looks like this (you can see this yourself by adding the .chosen-disabled class to the .chosen-container div):

Would love it if we could make these match up visually.
