Filter without department_exact is not working

No result if "department_exact:("Software Engineering")" is removed from config, i.e. if you want to list all with a certain skillset in the App

What filter is used? I get a result if I remove the whole filter property.

I was trying to make a filter "show all persons who has telecomunication and java" in their CV :)

Its possible to add a filter like this:

fq=location_exact:("Oslo")&fq=technology:("java" and "php")&rows=500

what I tried which did not work was something like &fq=technology:("java" and "php")&rows=500 and &fq=json_detailed:("java" and "php")&rows=500
