This would help with debugging as you would be able to tell which version of the kit is running at a glance.

It's currently inserted as an html comment on each page. Are you suggesting it be visibly printed too?

@edwardhorsford yes because that wasn't apparent to me. I am suggesting it's visible in the page footer.
