With the release of v13 of the Prototype Kit, documentation on the website needs to be updated to reflect to changes.

Why

Following a review of documentation that needs to change for v13 release, this content was identified as medium priority and ideally be published at the same time as v13 is released, or a day later.

• Adding CSS Javascript and images
• Passing data into a page
