Update Home Office purple

We've got a proposal to update the Home Office purple colour UKHomeOffice/design-system#514 to #732282, would it be possible to update the organisation colours in govuk-frontend?

(P.S. apologies not sure the best way of getting the websafe colour)

Hello. Thanks for bringing this up.

We're currently in the middle of reviewing the organisation colours shipped with Frontend and the process by which we keep them updated, and are in contact with Design102 (part of the Government Communication Service) to make sure we're using the correct colours going forward.

You can check on the progress of that work here: #3407

We'll probably be updating the Home Office department colour as part of this effort, rather than making this specific change. Let us know if you have any questions about it!
