We want to be confident that users have to be signed in to view draft assets in Asset Manager.

We should add a Smokey or End to End test (whichever is most suitable) to ensure this functionality continues to work as expected.

I've added a Smokey test to ensure we need to signin before accessing draft-assets in alphagov/smokey#341.
