Manuals Publisher sometimes uses asset title rather than URL from Asset Manager

Both @chrisroos & I have seen this happen when creating new assets via Manuals Publisher and previewing links to the asset. You should be able to see an example of this by editing this Manual section, adding [InlineAttachment:example copy 10.gif] to the section body, and previewing the body to see the link with the wrong href. Note that when I created this asset this morning, I didn't see any exception in Asset Manager or Manuals Publisher.
