It won't let me access the network

Good morning, I am a newbie I have a question, when I change the mac address of the network card in kali linux using macchanger -a eth0 no longer allows me to connect to the network, I need help. How is this problem fixed? I am using virtual box and it tells me that I have the network adapter.

Is it possible that you are connecting with a router and this allow connections with permissions based in the Mac address?

i think you have to select a option in the virtual box which is NAT network which uses ur already existing card try that @Rojas-Andres
