Error When Changing Inbound Tag Name

When I try to change the Inbound Tag name for Hysteria 2, I get the error:
👉 "address already in use"

However, this issue does not occur with VLESS, and its Inbound Tag can be changed without any problems.

I checked the error logs, but there were no errors related to this issue.
