Which is the best way to implement Bank+ and Bank- logic?

Option 1

Create an action in the Global bank for Bank+ and one for Bank- on the same control with different event or using separate controls with the same event (for example Press for Momentary controls and Press&Release for Latch). In the below screenshot I am using Click to forward and Double Click to backward.

1. Create a sequence as per below screenshot where a color (and also a different led if you like) can be assigned to each bank.

2. Create a couple of actions in Global bank using Step by Step+ and Step by Step-.
