Add bookmarks via Side Bar (+ button/icon)

I think we need some icon "+" on dock belt from bookmarks to add bookmark as current line aditionaly

Unfortunately, this is not possible, because VS Code does not exposes API for that 😞 .

It's has already been requested in #24, but and as you can see, the issue I opened in VS Code repo is still on their backlog (microsoft/vscode#5455). I'm subscribed to that issue, so if/when it is closed, I'll be notified.
