As an intermediate case between MLE and using the MCMC samples, do maximum a posteriori fit (accounting for both likelihood and prior on parameters) to obtain a set of hyperparameter estimates.

This has been fixed in PR #81, which has a basic prior class implementation and MAP fitting.
