Make sure that the labels for the issues are clear for all contributors

Suggstion: beginner, intermediate, advanced.

Suggestions for tasks that can fix this issue

  • Decide on some new labels to try
  • Add those labels to issues
  • Test with diverse autistic people and other supporters to see how they like the new system

I've remodelled the labels based on @SuziQpid's suggestions and removed some of the unecessary, duplicate, or outdated issues. Closing this for now
