Issue description

Current behavior:
Buttons text not visible on :focus
Outlined buttons on focus bug

Expected behavior:
Text need to be visible on :focus

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://akveo.github.io/nebular/example/button/button-outline.component
  2. Use tab to focus on button or click on it and move mouse outside the button
